デラックスルームに3人で宿泊しましたが、3人分のスーツケースを開けれる広さでした。 駅からも近くとても良かったです。 帰りの空港行きのバスは市バスの隣にシャトルバス用の駅があり、分かりにくく気付くまで2本見送る事になりました。

忠武路駅6番出口からすぐなので、アクセスはとても良かったです。 明洞まで歩いて行ける距離です。 ホテルの1階にはCUがあり、近くにはGS25やemartもありました。 空港リムジンの停留所もすぐ近くにあるので 帰りの空港まで、バスで行きたい人には良いです。 室内は掃除が行き届いており清潔でした。 1つ欠点とするなら、シャワーの水圧か弱いことくらいです。 フロントの方は日本語が話せるようなので 初めて韓国に来る方にはオススメのホテルです。

ハウスキーピングが残念でした。

二度目の利用です。アクセスも良く便利です。3泊しましたが、連泊中のハウスキーピングはいい加減な感じでした。バスタブや室内もゴミが落ちていており、掃除がきちんとされているとは思えませんでした。明洞方面行きのシャトルバスは出発の5分前から待っていたにもかかわらず、来なかったので確認したらもう出発したと。定時に運行して欲しいです。フロントの対応は良かったです。

韓国語・英語ができなくても不自由することはないと思います。 ホテル内にも外にもコンビニがありますし、何より忠武路駅が近く乗り換えにも便利です。 明洞にも徒歩圏内で、高速バス乗り場もそこまで遠くないので、空港まで行く手段も選べます。 ちょっとしたハプニングがあったのですが、優しく対応して下さいました。 アメニティーもついていて、グレードアップしてくださったからか、部屋も全然狭くありませんでした！ また利用したいと思います。

立地、コスパ、サービスともに何の問題もありません。日本語も理解していただけるスタッフさんも多く安心できました。5階の部屋に宿泊したのですが5階のフロア、部屋全体的の芳香剤？の匂いが気になりました。しばらくすると鼻が慣れてくるのですが、結構キョーレツな匂いでした。

設備や室内の清潔さは満足でしたが、唯一残念だったのが洗面台の水はけがとても悪く歯磨きや手洗いをしたあとに水が溜まってしまい完全に排水されるのにかなりの時間がかかってました。 それ以外は快適に過ごすことができて良かったです。

Hotel was clean and safe! Location, spot on for shopping markets. Most shopping/tourist sites are 5-10 minutes train ride...subway only 2 minute walk from hotel. Purchased breakfast package which was filling and offered various selections. Many restaurants within walking distance if you chose not to eat at Tmark hotel restaurant. Great hotel

For 3 star hotel they did all they can already. Since the location isn’t at main street they must do more to make guests or cab drivers easier to find their way back ! I had a very dull moment with a dumb cab driver who doesn’t speak a word of English, worse yet, he pretend he knew his way and drop off us in the middle of nowhere along with my newly bought leather gloves. Frustrated!
