This is a great place to stay while exploring the beautiful area surrounding it. The staff is helpful, and the food at the restaurant is good, and not too expensive. A wonderful place to stay. I’ll be back for sure.

Dated property. Rooms need to be renovated, mainly bathrooms. It is the only option available for the Sequoia National Park. The area is fantastic, but because they are the only lodge in miles, there isn't much care to offer better quality. You do not have options for food unless you take yours from home, so the price is excessive, and the service sounds like a favor to the customers. Be prepared to pay a lot, and resources receive an even below-average quality.

Very clean and well taken care of. Not ideal that the lobby and restaurant are not in the same building as the guest rooms, mostly when it’s snowing out. But everyone was very friendly and kind.

Beautiful location, friendly staff.

Service was excellent. We loved the hotel and restaurant staff. It is in a beautiful location. The snowy/icy walk to our building was not the easiest. We lost power on the last morning.

We had 6-10 inches of fresh snow and it was challenging to get our luggage from the parking lot to the hotel room. It's a bit of a walk with lots of steps. Need to make it accessible. Our hotel room was on the second floor and no elevator so more steps to lug our bags up the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay. We fee safe and quiet sorroundings. Not too far to hiking trails. No elevators though so you have to carry your bags and suitcase if assigned to upper level floors.
