The property is superb, you have the feeling of staying in a Tuscan villa. The apartment was spacious, comfortably accommodating 4 people and furnished in true Tuscan style and is well equipped. We opted for the host to provide linens and they were of good quality. The apartment is set in beautiful grounds with several seating areas and plenty of shade. The pool is a great size and has a deep and shallow end, great for kids. The owners live on site but were never intrusive, they even shopped for some groceries for us on arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and couldn’t fault it. My main issue is the hosts, Novasol, and if it wasn’t for the attentiveness of the person who stood in for the original host, there would have been a formal complaint:I had asked via the VRBO site if we could arrange bed linen - this request was never answered.The VRBO site states check in is from 4pm, the Novasol App 5pm Curt answers to questions (is there an apartment number), a bit more detail would have been helpful.No directions to the property even when we advised we were arriving by train surely directions for us to walk could have been given I messaged the hosts to say “We can’t find the property- there is a lot of construction work in the area” read but not answered. I tried to telephone, again not answered. No information in the property eg local supermarkets, doctors etc - there is a leaflet but not completed.I would not stay in a property managed by Novasol again
