Mediocre Stay

The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and shopping. The overall grounds were well maintained. I was very disappointed by the lack of consistent power during our stay. I realise the power outages were city wide but the hotel had a generator and still picked and chose when they were going to turn it on. It made it very difficult to plan our day when we didn't know if we would have light or hot water to shower. In addition, depending on which staff you spoke to, they could be accommodating while others made you feel like you were an inconvenience.

verblijf was ok, maar hotel.com had de reservering niet bevestigd door het hotel, hetgeen grote problemen gaf.Bovendien was de reservering van hotel.com in het nederlands, hetgeen niet handig is om eea uit te leggen in Gambia

Nie wieder

Zimmer als Catering App. Verkauft. Total duester, die versprochene Mikrowelle auch auf Nachfrage nicht zu bekommen. Frühstück ungenießbar . Eine Woche ohne warme Dusche, da das warme Wasser aus dem Boiler dunkelbraun war, mit schoenen großen Roststücken und irrem Gestank. Auf Reklamation Null Reaktion. Kühlschrank auch verdreckt. Genau wie die Matratze - Blut- u Urinflecke. Diese Bruchbude sieht mich jedenfalls nie wieder
