I stayed here for nine nights and slept well on a comfortable bed. The transfer to and from the airport was excellently arranged. Breakfast was good, the surroundings were peaceful, and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. In addition, the staff is friendly and helpful. This was my second stay here and I would gladly return. Highly recommended.

Clean room,AC,Big bathroom, shower was comfortable, hot water, different lightings in room,Wifi,Acess to Youtube. Maid came daily, bar& lounge area/restaurant, pool (but didnt go into),sitting area/patio outside your hotel room.Its like Coco Ocean without the ocean,but cheaper.Nice and comfortable for tourist

This was a quick booking due to the electric instability problem in the Gambia...I booked after 12am . The front desk girl Lisa was very cheerful, responsive , and has great customer service. The room I booked the door appeared as it has been kicked in it wouldn't close properly, the room smelled of extreme mold, the ceiling fan didn't work, which is something I have to have to sleep, the room felt as though it had been slept in, it was NOTHING like I'm use to the cocoa properties. My room was moved to an upper floor ...I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A TOMB the air conditioning didn't cool, no ceiling fan and extreme mold where she has to being spray , no kettle had to bring, MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM CEILING, AIR NEVER COOLED, AND A FRIENDLY COCKROACH CRAWLING NEAR THE PHONE...I informed the staff, for $108..USD...I expected more I felt A VAMPIRE WOULD ENTER ANYTIME. DARK SMELLY RED VELVET CURTAINS , A BIG PAINTED WOOD BED FULL OF DUST. AND A DECORATIBE PICTURE LOOK AS THOUGH SOMEONE SPASHED COFFEE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I NORMALLY SLEEP IN BUT I QUICKLY CHECKED OUT EARLY.. i can't believe this property have rooms like this...water pressure was nice in the shower ..informed morning clerk also...I'll just stick to cocoa ocean next time.
