Located approximately 45 min from Lisbon, in the coastal village of Lagoa de Albufeira, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches (lagoon and sea) and pine forests. The property has a beautiful pool and lush garden. Fully equipped with a high level of detail, it has air conditioning, heating, barbecue, fireplace and much more. This villa is the perfect destination for families and groups of friends. This property is an excellent option to discover the Arrábida coast, including the coastal town of Sesimbra, the untouched beaches of the natural park (e.g. Portinho da Arrábida and Galapinhos), do a wine tasting in Azeitão and much more - while enjoying maximum comfort.



The LV Premier Meco/Albufeira - LA2 features a very spacious living area with a roomy kitchenette at one end, dining area in the middle, and living/TV area at the other end, next to the fireplace. With a very high ceiling in the living room that continues to the first floor, thanks to the open-plan design between floors. Large windows bring plenty of light into the room without affecting privacy, as the villa has a hedge with various bushes. On the main floor, 1 en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom, plus another bedroom and a common bathroom.The modern staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find a reading/games area, a south-facing terrace with sea views and a pair of sun loungers, as well as a social bathroom. Here there are 2 en-suite rooms, all double, each with a private bathroom.In total, there are 4 spacious and very bright rooms, all equipped with air conditioning/heating, plus 4 bathrooms with shower, as well as another social bathroom on the upper floor. A portable crib is available if requested. Our properties are equipped with exclusive LV Premier beds – soft, inviting ironed sheets, hypoallergenic duvets, and new mattresses. We also provide soft cotton bath and beach towels – which will make you feel more relaxed and reinvigorated during your vacation.Enjoy free WIFI, cable TV, and view your favorite contents on the Smart TV available. The open kitchen is functional and fully equipped - with pots and pans, cutlery and dishes for 8 people. We have an induction stove, blender, coffee makers (accepting Nespresso and coffee capsules from other manufacturers), as well as a traditional filter coffee machine, oven, kettle, air fryer, etc. It also has a generous outdoor dining area near the barbecue, with a view of the pool and garden.
