The Studio is set in a residential area consisting of a beautiful flowered park where several residential units are located. In season a beautiful outdoor swimming pool is available to guests. The studio has 3 beds (a sofa bed and a foldaway double bed). It is equipped with everything, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. It has a washing machine and central heating. In front of the entrance door-window there is a patio where you can eat or sunbathe. The Studio is a 5-minute walk from the train station, and 7 minutes from the beaches. Free wi-fi. Free Netflix.
