This was the most perfect apartment, well appointed, comfortable, light and airy with lovely views of the canal. Every amenity is on the doorstep and the canals and boats add an extra dimension to a beautiful town. The beaches are a 15 minute drive away which was another bonus. Free parking is within a few minutes walk. Great find. Would recommend.

L'appartement est très bien situé. La vue est belle et nous avons profité de tous les commerces à proximité. La voiture peut être garée a quelques minutes sans difficulté (payant ou non)Les chambres sont très agréables et l'appartement superbes. Points positifs:- emplacement central, proche des commerces et restaurants. Bonnes recommandations données par Marcello à ce niveau.- logement bien équipé, fonctionnel. On y trouve de tout, y-compris les vieux 33 tours de Brassens et la platine vinyl dans le salon, ou encore le nécessaire de bricolage et un casque à vélo dans dans la buanderie. Le congélateur était même bien rempli!Point négatif:- chambres donnant sur une rue très passante. La nuit le trafic est quasi inexistant, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché d'être réveillés deux ou trois fois en pleine nuit. Emplacement central ou calme, il faut probablement faire un choix!

Coup de cœur pour cet appartement très confortable et idéalement situé

Avec sa jolie vue sur le canal et sa décoration très personnelle, on s’y sent comme à la maison ! Un grand merci à Marcello pour les bonnes adresses et les conseils de visite. Le quartier est agréable, bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus et il y a même un petit cinéma dans une rue voisine. Un séjour très agréable malgré la météo fraîche et humide de ce début mai.

Location idéalement située

L’appartement est idéalement situé et bien équipé, Très pratique pour profiter de vacances à Sète et faire tout à pied. On regrette juste 2 petites choses : les draps fournis étaient vieillots Et la table en verre pourrait nécessiter des sets de table. Par contre il est super équipé !

La perfection était au rendez-vous pour ce séjour! Séjour inoubliable au coeur de Sète

Nous avons eu le grand plaisir de séjourner dans l'appartement de Marcello. Situé en plein cœur de la ville, l'espace est non seulement vaste et facile à vivre, mais également complet en termes d'équipements, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. L'atmosphère y est très agréable, et la propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, ainsi que par la générosité et l'attention de notre hôte tout au long du séjour. En outre, Sète s'est révélée être une ville surprenante et pleine de charme. Parfait pour un séjour court ou long, comme le nôtre, en famille (4). Un grand merci pour cette expérience très agréable.

Excellent séjour en famille !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'appartement est même mieux que sur les photos! Les chambres sont spacieuses (pour nous qui venons de Paris :) ). Le salon très cocooning, idéal quand on a un bébé. L'emplacement est très centrale, nous avons tout fait à pied ! Nous avons apprécié la vue sur les canaux et d'avoir un petit supermarché juste en bas pour chercher le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons et serions ravis de revenir !

Wohnung liegt sehr gut, alles in Sete zu Fuß zu erreichen, parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus möglich. Gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!
