This is a very nice apartment in a great location. It was very clean and nicely furnished. I would give it an excellent rating if it weren't for the nightly (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) bass thumping from a nearby nightclub until 3am. It was not loud, just constant and noticable. So bring your white noise machine and have a great visit to Setubal!

Updated, well-appointed, sunny apartment near the beach

We spent a lovely three days at Casa Luisa, a well-appointed apartment within ten minutes walking time of the beach, grocery stories, and restaurants. There is good parking in the area as well as restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The Livramento market is worth multiple trips for everything ranging from pastries to fish to vegetables. This was a great place for us to land for a few days during our first trip to Portugal.

Beautiful place, comfy & very clean

We had a couple of periods during which the water went off completely, but it recovered and we did, too. The apartment is gorgeous, light-filled, conveniently located, and stocked with every comfort in the kitchen, including tea, local honey, an electrical kettle, and lots of spices for cooks and foodies. The apartment has great storage, too. Thank you, Beate & Diniz. We had a great stay!

Fantastic!

The apartment was fantastic! Immaculate and very well equipped. Was delighted it had central heat, two full bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. Great location for us right on Avenida Luísa Tode and walking distance to everywhere! We never rented a car - didn’t need to. Owner was readily available as well as the manager. Will absolutely recommend this place to all friends and family going to Setubal. Loved it!
