Beautiful property. Nice clean rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. I just wish they would provide more towels, but if you do laundry and wash your towels make sure you dry for 1 hour. 30min is not enough.

Need paper towels, and also have two sets of towels at least at no Extra charge. Clean up the Wi-Fi receiver that’s under the kitchen table so it’s hidden away. TV was sent to the wrong country so it was not sure if we should change the TV country so we could use it. We got a message saying we have to change some settings.

The room was great. The fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for saving a little bit of money and making food at home. Proximity to the beach and to the grocery store was excellent at a 4 minute walk. The room was very quiet and we never heard anyone in the halls or in their rooms. If by chance you forgot your charging block the outlets have USB-C and USB-A outlets. A few cons though, minor but noteworthy. There was only two bath towels and no wash cloths. Next, the kitchen didn’t have any drying towels or paper towels. The bed was firm, which I like, however the pillows are also firm and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the laundry room does not have any laundry soap and none was provided when I purchased the token. Thankfully a wonderful woman doing her laundry offered me one. That being said I would definitely be back to stay here! Last note, the hotel is perfectly located for all the beach restaurants on seven mile beach and going into Georgetown.

Everything about this property is very good, with two exceptions. One star is always taken if the place I sleep has no regard for healthy, flat pillows for sleeping. We don't all want a foot-thick bale of fluff to rest our head on. Second was the confusion that I felt until they finally contacted me about room entrance. No front desk was not mentioned until the room was booked, and then I was required to download a disfunctional app called Duvi. Very stressful, and it deserves fewer stars for that reason, but all it worked out. Even so, they need to improve their pre- booking disclosure and post-booking information. Soon!

We had such a fabulous time! Huge rooms, clean, plenty of space for a large family. Lovely pool and lobby area. Great little restaurant in the lobby...and very conveniently located to everything. Just a short walk to the beach, grocery store next door, and dining down the block. Always felt safe and welcomed. I would stay there again and again. Loved it!
