I loved the property staff very pleasant. All non motor water activities onsite included, The room was clean. The area around felt safe and walking distance to a lot of fun activities to do on island. The beaches awesome sauce❣️

On the beach, but no right in front of hotel. In fact, one set of stairs to the ocean were broken. Nice property, with great food. Not always able to get a lounger by the pool. Service was often very slow.

Fantastic resort! The staff goes above and beyond and are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of food choices and every meal was top notch. Don’t miss the incredible breakfast buffet! Room was modern and spotless with a great view. Would definitely return and stay longer!

Once upon a time this was probably a first-rate property but due to erosion the hotel no longer has a beach and to get to the beach is a ten minute walk. If you don’t care for sand and just want to sit by the pool and look out on the water this is still the place for you.

The property was beautiful! They gave us a free upgrade. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Shoutout to Adi for being so helpful. I definitely recommend this resort.

Received an email the evening before our trip, directly from the resort, that had our arrival was listed as 2 days away, rather than 1 day. I spoke with Expedia and they called the resort to confirm the original dates. Expedia transferred me to another department and they also called the resort. Expedia told me the hotel made a mistake and that everything would be okay for check in the next day. When we arrived the next day to check in, they had no room reserved for us until the following day. Amanda at the front desk was very polite and worked to get the situation remedied, which she did. The resort told us Expedia made a mistake with the dates they sent, Expedia told us the resort made the mistake. Not sure how to get to the bottom of it, but would appreciate an audit trail to find out. The remainder of our stay was not as eventful. My largest gripe was that the large sliding glass doors had moisture damage and therefore appeared “cloudy”. That really detracted from the oceanfront view from inside the room. All the staff were quite friendly.

This was a beautiful hotel and our family had a great time. They have activities each night for the kids, the hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Its convenient and super easy to navigate. Parking is easy, we had a great family vacation here.
