I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some honest feedback regarding my experience. While I had previously stayed at a Kimpton hotel in Seattle and had a great experience, this visit unfortunately did not meet those expectations. This trip was meant to celebrate a special birthday, which was noted in my reservation, yet there was no acknowledgement of the occasion at any point during my stay. More concerning were the following issues: Hygiene and Cleanliness: I reported seeing a mouse in my room and was told it was "just a lizard," which felt dismissive and inappropriate. I also raised concerns about what appeared to be bed bug bites. I was told they were likely insect bites, and although I was informed an investigation took place, no one followed up until I reached out again. I was told there were no bed bugs, but no further explanation was offered. Unavailable Amenities: I was charged a resort fee, yet several amenities were not accessible. Floating rafts were unavailable (checked out and never returned), no bicycles were available for rent, and it was impossible to get even three lounge chairs together at the pool or beach. Inconsistent Service: Turn-down service was not provided on two nights. I spent a great deal of time calling the front desk and waiting for updates or callbacks that rarely came. In the end, I gave up following up as I didn’t want to waste more of my vacation on basic service issues. I’m disappointed that my concerns were repeatedly

This property was first class all the way. Beautiful resort with great rooms. Amazing service with professional staff. Location was an A+. Special shout out to Ruth in housekeeping and Max, Dan, and Jess at the Library Bar! Best in the world!!!!

Kimpton Seafire exceeded all expectations. The one and ONLY bad thing which is probably mostly out of their control were the roosters … there was a 4am wake up call DAILY with those boys. But even with that I would still stay at the kimpton anytime I come back to grad Caymen. If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Such a personalized experience with top service <3

Birthday Bash was the Best!

Birthday Bash at Kimpton Seafire was amazing! This hotel has the best amenities like poolside & beach side drink & food service. Mario (?) at the omelet station in the breakfast venue is serving up epic omelets and the welcome treats upon check in are stellar. The rooms are clean, bed comfy, breakfast yummy. Our family will be back to Kimpton.

Can't say enough, its was amazing!!! Staff was very attentive and kind. Accommodations were amazing. Beautiful property. Only down side food on the entire island is very $$$$. Definitely recommend
