We stayed in the same unit back in 2018 and it was just as lovely the second time around. It was the perfect place for our family of four. There’s nothing like having coffee on the screened in patio with a view of the water.
Clean, comfortable and appointed accommodation with a beautiful view of immaculate gardens, quiet pools and beach/ocean beyond. Very convenient for market, restaurants and Camana Bay and other shopping would definitely stay here again
Location! it was close to everything. Property was clean and safe. My two kids 17 and 18 had fun swimming all day at the beach. If you're looking for a nice, you can walk to 7mile beach in 20 minutes. I would definetly return!
In the best way possible, our stay at the Regal Beach Club let us relax so thoroughly over our long weekend that we left feeling as though we’d had a week’s vacation. Great information from the host, easy communication with the property manager, gorgeous scenery, very convenient location… it was just what we needed.
Regal beach is a beautiful property - we stayed in 322 at the back or the building, but still had a glimpse of the ocean.
Only one drawback of the property is that there isn’t any beach left and trying to get in the water is somewhat rocky…but the property is Ocean front.
We had a great stay, The condo was clean, in a great location and well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again. There's not enough beach left for chairs but we already knew that before we arrived and it didn't matter to us.
Not the Ritz, but a beautiful property and great location. We walked 15 minutes to Camana Bay for shopping,groceries,movies many times. Fosters grocery store there is amazing. Property manager onsite was very friendly and professional.
This was my second time staying at Regal Beach Club. The location is awesome, plenty of restaurants around and we walked into Georgetown many times. The resort is maintained beautifully and still has a beach while the Marriott next door had no beach whatsoever. This condo was great, everything you need, even extra beach chairs, and water toys. Super clean, excellent property manager. There were many residents at the resort which kept the beach and pool area less crowded, we loved that. One small issue, the beds were too firm for us, but that is personal preference. Would recommend this condo!
The regal beach club is located centrally on seven Mile Beach so that you have a great spot to enjoy this beautiful island. You do not need a car as it is very easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. The grocery store is a little bit of a walk, but they also do delivery. This part of the beach has eroded quite a bit, but because the regal beach property is set back there is still a good amount of sand to enjoy. The pool set up is very nice and includes plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is well appointed and very clean. It was perfect for our family of five to enjoy an escape this February from the cold of the northeast US.
Regal Beach 322 was the perfect home base for our week in paradise. The property was very conveniently located, though we were happy to have a rental to get around the island. Being close to both Kirk’s and Foster’s for groceries allowed our food allergy to be easily accommodated. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and even some floats (though we didn’t use them since we were all about snorkeling and sea glass hunting)! The only suggestion we’d have would be to add some hooks in both bathrooms to hang a towel to make it easy to grab after your shower. We just tossed ours over the glass door each time (which was fine) but a few hooks around for this and even other items would be convenient. The drying rack outside on the patio was something we used daily for our swimsuits! We hope to return again to this lovely location!
Great condo with resort like grounds. We enjoyed walking next door to the Marriott pool bar and getting smoothies and sunset cocktails. The beach in the southern part of seven mile is gone for the most part which is a disappointing but you can’t control nature. You can still snorkel right off the property. The Marriott also has Red Sail Sports just steps away from the Regal Beach Club where you can rent floating mats and snorkel gear. The condo itself has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and has extras like beach chairs and sand toys. Walk to Camana Bay and Fosters Grocery Store. We had a car but you don't need one in this location. Walk to restaurants and shops along Seven Mile beach. Property manger was very responsive and accommodating. This condo was on the back side of property (away from the pool/ocean) and was very quiet. Still had beautiful views of the water and pool but not the noise of common areas. Overall great spot to stay at.
Our family (two adults two teens) stayed at this Regal Beach condo for 1 week, and had a fantastic time.The Regal Beach resort itself is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful grounds, all extremely well maintained. The condo was clean & very well equipped, exactly as advertised.The staff were all friendly & helpful, and it felt very safe.The property manager (Ildi) went above & beyond, offering to receive our grocery delivery in advance of our arrival, and putting things away in the fridge for us. She also took the time to advise me on specific activities & areas of interest for my teens. As a result, they were able to explore the area around the condo independently (particularly Camana Bay), even in the evening, without any worries from me.The condo access is with a keypad, which made it very convenient for all of us to come and go as we pleased.The beach in front of the resort is small, but it suited us perfectly - it felt private, had very soft sand, and shallow water extending for a good distance (my teens played catch in the water, waist-deep, for hours at a time). We walked all the way up the beach (as far as the Westin Hotel), and all agreed that we liked our section of beach best of all.For those who want to rent stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, the Marriott hotel immediately next door offers that. We also enjoyed snorkelling directly from our beach.A bonus of this resort is that it faces due west, for fantastic sunsets every day.
The grounds are absolutely stunning. The maintenance/landscapers do a wonderful job. There is always someone on the grounds working. It is quiet and the condo was very accommodating for my family except the bathrooms were small. The pictures on the internet are misleading. There is no beach but the VRBO representative assured me there was. There’s a wall and stairs you have to go down and the water comes up to the wall. When you go down the stairs, the water comes up over the bottom, therefore no beach. We had to go to other beaches for my granddaughter to play in the sand. We only went down to see “our beach” when we arrived and never went back down to it until the morning we left. We had a view of the beach which was nice and the balcony is screened in. We sat on the balcony early in the morning & at night enjoying the breeze without mosquitoes or bugs.The pools are small but we only got in once or twice. Parking is ok but I didn’t see handicapped parking. All and all, our stay was great and there’s so many different beaches and things to do, you aren’t really at the property until late in the evening. There’s several restaurants you can walk to & the ice cream shop beside the property is a must. The pina colada cake was delicious. Everyone was so nice & friendly, I didn’t want to leave.
