Gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed and everything worked properly. It is close to some shops and restaurants, we loved The Bird for a quick bite and drink. Since the beach front is rocky I would definitely invest or bring water shoes. Nice pool. Look for Foster's grocery/market if you plan to cook. For shopping, Camana Bay and the port area of Georgetown was great. Rentals cars on the island make for easy travel. We had an amazing time!! Thank you!

Grandview was perfect for our family of 4. Kids are 14 & 16 and the location: pool, hot tub, beach (can’t really swim off it, but it’s pretty), location to restaurants and grocery, access to public busses, safe factor, and staff at the condos all made this a memorable vacation.

Absolutely great spot! Was so happy we chose here to stay. Great location-Just off the beaten path from all the bigger resorts so quieter but also completely walkable to all the restaurants and stores nearby. Our condo was furnished very nicely and updated and we were 3 steps from our back porch to the beach. Got to enjoy the sunset every night from our spot. Kids loved the pool and playground right on the beach as well!

Very friendly, accommodating staff without being overbearing. Grounds were exceptionally clean. Everything is close by, but it’s off the beaten path. We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! It was upscale, clean, had all the amenities you could want, and we felt so at home. The condo complex had a great pool, hot tub, and was of course right on the beach! Could not have asked for a better stay at Grand Cayman here! We will be back for sure!

Paradise found!

Highly recommend this quiet, beautiful condo community on seven mile beach. Walkable to restaurants & stores. Felt safe with two small children. The untouched natural beauty of the beach outside our windows made for a perfect week. At times, we felt like the only ones there. Condo was fully stocked with essentials. Reasonable in cost. We cups t say enough great things! Thank you for having our family and trusting us in your home.

Kids voted as the best family vacation!!

Coming from our busy life of complete stress in New York to total relaxation at Grand Cayman was fastastic. Grandview was the perfect choice for me, my mother and two girls. The grounds were kept very clean and the management staff were all so friendly and helpful with our visit. We were away from the crowds at the beaches which we enjoyed the most. The unit that we stayed in was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We all felt very safe both at the condo and at the island. The kitchen at the condo was definitely put to use and we saved alot of money because of that. Highly recommend renting a car and touring the island! Driving was at first tricky (need to drive in the left lane) but got used to very quickly. It was great buying fish from the local fishermen and cooking it fresh the same day. Cant wait to plan our next trip at Grand Cayman with Grandview as being our only choice of stay. We spent a lot of quality time with the family and that's what matters the most.

Beachfront unit desperately in need of updates. Beach very rocky with no access to the typical smooth sand we were used to. Easy walkable access to food and shopping. Would probably stay further north on 7 mile beach next time where the beach is MUCH better. Christina was a great hostess.

We were well received, great locate, easy to park, clean everywhere, great kitchen, easy access to beach, good to have washer and dryer. Had more than enough beach towels delivered every other day. Very happy with Grandview and would book again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Dock to the water. Rock and sandy beach. Playground for kids. Pool and hot tub. This particular one had a screened in porch that walked out to garden area which was very convenient. Quiet premises.

We loved the proximity to the beach (just walked out of our door and there it was). We loved the pool and hot tub. We really loved the fact that the property was never crowded. We frequently had the pool or beach to ourselves.
