Travis was was very quick with responding back about questions and some small issues we had during our stay.The place was very accommodating for us. Plenty of towels, dishes for the four of us for six days.It would be nice to add an instruction manual to work the fireplaces, hot tub and grill. I felt like I was always texting him but he was very nice about helping out and willing to send maintenance man out ASAP . The one thing that needed to be fixed was the outside lights on the porches. Also a light would be nice at the bottom of the steps to the front door. Beds and furniture was very comfy. The place has a great set up. The pool table and arcade games were fun to play. We would definitely stay again.OH WE DID SEE BEARS OUR FIRST NIGHT. WE THINK ONE CAME BACK A FEW TIMES WHILE WE WERE IN THE HOT TUB. That was one thing we definitely wanted to see. :)
