Great getaway cabin
The cabin was awesome. The pool house was even better. Lots of room, love all the wood on the ceiling walls and floors. It was a great getaway for my husband and I and one of our sons and his wife. Hoping to come back soon and bring my other son also. Located almost in the center between both towns, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great back porch/balcony off the dining area. Spent about a half hour each morning with my coffee and a half hour each evening before bed. Just enjoying the sky and quiet in a rocking chair. Very cold refrigerator! Kept our drinks nicely chilled! Washer and dryer in the lower level so I didn't have to come home to laundry.
However, there is some work that needs to be attended too. The banisters on the back porches are all loose and unsafe as well as the front porch. The hot tub jets are not all functioning. The pool waterfall has been turned off because of previous carelessness of other renters, which was a disappointment to me. Was looking forward to that. Although it is necessary for the pool house to stay cool to prevent condensation from forming and ruining the woodwork, it was a bit chilly swimming. There also should be a light from the lower level stairway to the pool house.
All in all though this was a wonderful place! We would definitely come back.

OMG!! Words cannot describe this amazing place!!! We are a family of 5 and there was way more room than we needed. The place was immaculate clean! I thought it was too good to be true but it wasn’t. The pool was truly a heated salt water pool and the hot tub was hot and well maintained. We have stayed in other cabins that are not exactly as described. This was even more than described. The rental company was so easy to work with and very laid back. The location of the cabin was perfect! Can’t say enough good things about our whole experience!
