The cabin was cute and clean, but there were a few things about the experience that were a little lacking.-Out behind the cabin, there was a fair bit of trash between the cabin and the woods that kind of spoiled the view.- The amenities in the cabin were kind of bare-bones. There were 4 of us and we got exactly 4 towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper, which felt a little stingy. No coffee, so plan to bring your own.- This is on me for not looking at the pictures closely, but this is not really alone in the woods - it’s part of a little subdivision with a bunch of cabins pretty close together.

The view was amazing but a bit stressful coming and going from the property due to the very narrow roads and minimal guard rails, if it wasn’t for my husband driving I wouldn’t drive up and down the mountains. Secondly please take the bear warning seriously upon our arrival there were three bears (mom and her two cubs) going through the property’s trash cans. We contract the property management team and explained the situation whom then implied it was our trash and that we need to clean it up or we will be fined by the HOA. So here we are going back and forth with management mind you we are just arriving and have not even had an opportunity to create trash and here we are cleaning up someone else’s garbage. Not a good look but we did it in fear of the bears returning.

Beautiful cabin, great views, easy check in process, comfortable beds! It is pretty far up the mountain with winding roads, but easy to find following maps. There are directions for how to use everything, including the TVs, which was very helpful.

Main floor bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Cabin is beginning to show wear and tear on the outside steps and decks. However, overall we were very pleased with the accommodations. Really enjoyed the quiet mornings with coffee on the deck.

This was our 2nd trip to the Smoky Mountains. The drive to the cabin is beautiful. We had to contact the owners regarding some concerns. They were very prompt and kind to resolve. Kitchen is limited on supplies...bring your own. Pool table and arcade was fun for our family. The community pool is a drive back down tge mountain and very crowded.
