Welcome to Ava’s Hideaway in the Smoky Mountains! This 3-bedroom cabin sleeps up to 11 and places you near Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin with room for your whole crew. Inside, you’ll find 3 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths, plus a game room and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and take in the mountain air.

The living areas are designed for easy downtime after days of exploring. Cook together in the well-equipped kitchen with essentials like a coffee maker, blender, cookware, and dishwasher, then gather at the dining table for meals and game nights. Step outside to fire up the BBQ grill or soak in the private hot tub under the stars.



When it’s time for friendly competition, the game room with a pool table doubles as an extra sleeping area thanks to a sleeper sofa. Smart TVs throughout make it simple to log in and stream your favorites. There’s also a laptop-friendly workspace and WiFi to help you stay connected when needed.



Guests have access to a communal pool, and the paved driveway offers easy parking right out front.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Space for up to 4 vehicles in the private paved driveway directly in front of the property.

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our Smoky Mountains location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty in the area.

• Pet policy: We love pets, but this home is not pet friendly. If you’re traveling with animals, please reach out and we’ll be happy to suggest alternative stays.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

• Location logistics: Pigeon Forge is about 8 miles away; Dollywood is roughly 9 miles; downtown Gatlinburg is about 14 miles; Townsend is about 20 miles for additional national park access. The cabin sits just outside peaceful Sevierville with local shops, restaurants, wineries, and distilleries nearby.
