The Space:
This inviting cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The open-plan great room welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of space to relax. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen or share meals on the deck with forest views. Sleep well in two king bedrooms, a bunk room, and a sleeper sofa, making the home ideal for families and groups. The game room adds endless entertainment with pool, foosball, and air hockey. Outdoors, rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a bubbling hot tub under string lights make it easy to unwind.

Guest Access:
You’ll enjoy private use of the entire cabin, including decks, hot tub, and game room. Keyless entry ensures a smooth and secure check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the cabin puts you near the best of the Smokies—Dollywood, mountain coasters, local wineries, and endless hiking trails. Despite its convenience, the home feels like a private forest retreat.

Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible by paved roads with a short gravel stretch. Driveway parking fits 3–5 vehicles. Attractions, groceries, and outdoor adventures are just a quick drive.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step confirms your identity and payment details. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. If we need anything else (like an updated photo ID or signature), we’ll contact you directly.

Occupancy:
Maximum 10 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

- Main Level: 1 King bedroom (sleeps 2)
- Upper Level: 1 King bedroom (sleeps 2)
- Lower Level: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 total)
- Living Room: 1 full (double)-size sofa bed (sleeps 2)

On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 4 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

We provide travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, dishwasher pods, and coffee supplies. Please bring or plan to purchase any extras you may need. Additional items can also be requested through our guest app.

Pets & Service Animals:
No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.

Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.

Guest Requirements & Security:
Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.

Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
