Come here to relax & enjoy the slow pace of life in the Great Smokies. If you want to sit back with your friends and family, watch the stars, enjoy the yard, have an early morning coffee to watch the sunrise, or just soak in the hot tub, you will love this little piece of paradise. There's no better spot to get away!

The Space:
A quiet, truly out in the country home with space for your entire crew! Great place to see the stars, wake up to crickets and birds chirping, and occasionally see a family of deer, a fox, or a raccoon heading to English Mountain. We manage quite a few places, here's what makes this brand new property so special!

• 2 minutes from Forbidden Caverns, the best cave in Tennessee!
• 1 minute from English Creek Trout Farm. Perfect for kids. You can literally catch trout and have them cooked on site.
• 10 minutes to Lake Douglas
• 12 minutes to Food City Grocery Store
• 18 minutes from Sevierville
• 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge
• 25 minutes from our favorite “out of the way” hike in the Smokies. Don’t worry we will send you info after you book!

Other Things to Note:
| WE HAVE SOME VERY BASIC RULES FOR THE TOWNHOME |

- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 12 (including children)
- 3 Vehicle max
- NO smoking
- NO drugs
- NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)
- Absolutely NO fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.


| THE RED TAPE |

- The cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are absolutely forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you.
- This is not next to the parkway! It is quiet, relaxing, and you can hear yourself think out here! If you want the noise, traffic, parties, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Starter Soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, and coffee are provided . Please bring your favorites of everything else!
- We provide a starter set of towels. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Bears are dangerous.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us.
We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via VRBO Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
