This cabin more than met my expectations!!! It was well appointed with lots of amenities to keep both the kids and adults happy. It was the cleanest rental I have stayed in. The views are stunning and I loved being able to sit around the fire pit while watching the sunset. Absolutely amazing!

We had the MOST incredible stay at Sweet Traditions and could not be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely spotless—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The cabin was beautifully kept, cozy, and so thoughtfully prepared that we instantly felt relaxed and at home. Every detail was inviting and perfect!The views were absolutely breathtaking and honestly better than we even imagined. Waking up to those stunning mountain views each morning felt magical, and the scenery made every moment feel special. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better, perfectly situated close to all the fun attractions, shops, and restaurants in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, while also being incredibly convenient to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking and outdoor adventures.We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already wishing we could stay longer. We highly recommend Sweet Traditions and would come back in a heartbeat!Can’t forget to mention our wonderful hosts Steve and Tina! They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable! They were truly amazing!

My family stayed at Sweet Traditions for 5 nights and the cabin provided something for everyone. Great deck and scenery, tv viewing areas (great for movies), quiet areas to sit and talk, and plenty of games to play. The cabin layout is really efficient and you can tell the owners focused on quality materials. You can tell the owners have really invested in the property and keep it perfectly managed. These are the type of owners you want to rent from. The area was really quiet and the views were the best I've seen in the smoky mountains area. One morning we spotted a bear playing in a bush about 100 yards away from the cabin. The cabin was close enough to all attractions but far enough to keep you away from the crowds and traffic. I found that Steve and Tina have setup the property and communication about the property as a 10 out of 10. When we choose to come back I hope to stay here again, but I also expect this cabin to have a lot of bookings in the future. Thanks again Steve & Tina.

STUNNING VIEWS!!! Such a beautiful cabin Tina. You really thought of everything when you built and furnished this “home away from home”. My husband and I really looked forward to coming back every night and relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views (and also listening for the bears walking around in the trees down below). We will be back again real soon with the kids - they are looking forward to the lower level entertainment!!! Highly recommended!!!

Our 2nd visit to this wonderful cabin. It truly offers wonderful views that are worth getting up early and staying up late to watch the sunrise and sunsets. The cabin itself is beautiful and very clean. Next time we visit the smokies will be here again. If your looking at cabins you wont be disappointed with this one. Exceptional!

We have been to the Smokey Mountains area a number of times, and this cabin is tops on the list of places we stayed. The view is incredible. Our family of six was very comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. The location of the cabin, in the Wears Valley area was perfect. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge, but it is in a quieter area. The hosts messaged us to ensure everything was going well. It was so nice knowing someone was easily accessible. 10/10 highly recommended. We hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely breathtaking views! Others were stopping at this house to take pictures of the view. Serene and peaceful seem like the only words to describe it. Comfortable inside and out. Fully equipped. It is about a 30-40 minute drive to Gatlinburg, but we found Pigeon Forge to be a fun town a little closer. We fell in love with the Tennessee area thanks for this house.

Wedding Elopement

We got married at The Chapel in the Hollow and came back with food catered from The Trotter’s BBQ. Our dinner was eaten on the 2nd floor table that sat all 10 of us with the most beautiful view anyone could ever imagine. Literally a million dollar view. We traveled with 2 seniors with physical limitations and they both were able to move around the cabin without issues. We slept upstairs with the walk out balcony that gave us time alone to star gaze and just be by ourselves. We had the best time and everyone said a thousand times how beautiful it was.

Wears valley retreat

Close to pigeon forge for lots of activities. Wears valley has fun stuff too like mountain coasters and nice playground. While driving through the neighborhood came up on a friendly bear just walking the road. Beautiful scenic views from the balcony with firepit. Lots of boardgames, pool table, and movie area down stairs. We had a great time!

Home built for families

Beautiful home built for family! Space to be together along with space to “be alone”. Handicap accessibility allowed ease of stay for our mother. The kitchen was well furnished and game room was a huge favorite of the teenagers. The view was outstanding! This rental did not feel like a rental but rather like a stay in a home. Highly recommend!!!

Book it or miss out!

Sweet Traditions is accurately described in great detail right from the beginning. The owners leave nothing left out in the description. Ms. Tina called within an hour of check-in to be sure there were no issues. There were none! The check-in process could not be easier. The drive up to the cabin was easy, even in the rain, and using Florida's version of a Suburban (two wheel drive). The cleaning crew pays great attention to detail. This was, by far, the cleanest cabin we've stayed in and we've been coming to the area 2-3 times/year for 8 years. You should find everything you need in the kitchen and then some. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table which was the extent of what they used, however, arcade lovers, card players, and dart throwers will all be entertained. The TVs all had live TV !! No need to enter you streaming passwords !! Out of caution, we did not use the charcoal grill due to high winds all week. No bears or deer, but off the balcony we did see two bobcat roaming together and a family of raccoons. Bigfoot may have seen us, but we did not see him (or her).Overall, the cabin exceeded our expectations. The Prunty family clearly takes great pride in their property and ensures their guests have all the comforts of home. Book Sweet Traditions before someone else does and you miss out on your dates!We'll be back for sure..

Heaven on earth

What an amazing cabin! We have stayed in several rentals and Sweet Traditions has been the best by far! Steve and Tina thought of every detail. The home was warm, cozy and beautifully decorated. Absolutely spectacular! Relaxation at its finest!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We were so comfortable and felt as if we were right at home with all this cabin had to offer. They thought of everything! From the decor to the amenities, this cabin has it all. It was everything we were looking for and more. Would recommend to anyone looking for breathtaking views and a place to relax that feels like home! We can’t wait to book our next vacation!
