Approx 40 steep stairs for cabin entry

Had no clue the only entry to the cabin was up close to 40 steep steps. My daughter has a chronic health condition, and I have an injured ankle. The stairs was extremely difficult for us both. I only found about about the stairs during the email with information about the upcoming trip and instructions. I tried making contact ref these issues needing to be in the property info and was only told the information would be passed along. Did not receive any compensation, or any further contact.
