While the hot tub deck does not provide a Mountain View, it has its own unique, secluded, romantically wooded back drop.



* Please Note that while the view from the top is amazing, this property has several flights of stairs to reach the top floor and main bedroom areas. Because of this it is not handicap accessible and may not be suitable for all guests.

House Rules:
Guest booking must be 25 years or older. Dogs Welcome on host approval. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks or campfires allowed. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Signed rental agreement REQUIRED to gain access to property.

Pet Policy and Info:
Nonrefundable Dog Fee of $150 non-refundable dog fee, up to two.

- Dogs must be over the age of 1 years old and be spayed or neutered.
- ABSOLUTELY NO AGRESSIVE BREEDS.
- Guest agrees to supervise Dog(s) at all times and take necessary precautions to prevent damage or disturbance to the property.
- Dogs must never be left unattended/uncrated in the home while away.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas or in hot tub, showers or soaker tub.
- Do not groom dogs in home.
- Guest shall promptly clean up after Pets both inside and outside the property.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. -
- Please be respectful of neighboring properties and limit noise and disturbance when outside with your Dog.
