This cabin is located on a steep mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter, since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions, which can be outside of our control.

𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙚: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During the winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks, and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Other things to note
Road Access Information: This cabin sits on a mountain and is accessed via a gravel road with steep inclines and uneven sections (potholes possible). While most vehicles can reach the home without issue, vehicles with low ground clearance may have difficulty. The driveway is paved and accommodates up to 2 standard vehicles. We recommend arriving during daylight hours for your first visit to better familiarize yourself with the route to the cabin.

When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you.

NOTE:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

Pet Policy: Dogs only (max 65 lbs, $75 per pet). Pit bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and most Terriers restricted. Pre-approval required.

Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
