📍 Things to Note

Steep, narrow mountain roads (paved) lead to the cabin — part of the Smokies charm!

No refunds for weather, power outages, or road closures (mountain living).

Pest control is regular, but expect occasional ladybugs or forest critters.

Security gate fee is included in your cleaning fee (2 vehicles allowed).

There is a smart lock on the door. Guests will be given a door code at 10 AM the morning of check in.
