This property was amazing. There were 9 adults that stayed and we had a fantastic time. This property was perfect for our group. Each had their own room and also their own bathroom. The location and view was spectacular. No more than 20 minutes from town!

Cabin was beautiful and check-in process smooth. Fire alarms kept going off the first night for no apparent reason and kept everyone up. Definitely bring extra blankets for cozying on the couch and don't forget get to bring coffee and coffee filters!

The property was average you can tell it is set up just for rental. It is NOT supplied with anything- we had two dishwasher soups and two laundry soups so maybe ok for a night stay but not good for 8 nights. There are NO kitchen items at all no salt, pepper, paper towels, coffee filters, ziploc bags ect. If you need it you need to bring it. The furniture was not comfortable it looks good in the pictures but not comfy. The code to get in at 4:00 was sent to us at 7:30 and then we asked for a late checkout we were granted one hour?

We loved our summer rental of Victoria’s Secret with its gorgeous views and spacious kitchen. It’s close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so we had daily outings. Roads to the house are winding.The kitchen table seats 8 and the island has 4 stools. There is a large crockpot, griddle, coffee pot (slow), toaster (one side didn’t work). Bring ice. Wine glasses are provided.The TV area has an electric fireplace and two sofas for 4-6 people.We spent many hours on the main deck which has ample seating and a grill stocked with propane. The vista is spectacular!The main floor has one bedroom with a king ensuite, walk-in shower and deck door. There’s an additional half bathroom near the front door.Upper lever - 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds, spacious closets and small attached decks. A loft area between the bedrooms has cozy chairs for privacy. The lower level has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and no closet. The other has a full-sized mattress, a small closet and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. There is another separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry closet, theater room, game room with a pool table and video game console, and a deck with a hot tub are also on this level. The hot tub worked well after adjusting the temperature.Some minor issues could be improved, but they do not affect our 5-star review:- Inconsistent WiFi connectivity- Poor lighting over bathroom sinks- Slow-draining sinks in the upstairs bathroomsWe HIGHLY recommend this home!!

Pre-stay communications were responsive and great. The home was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes, and amenities were wonderful (Alexa, pool table, cornhole game, hot tub, theatre room, and tvs with streaming services in every bedroom provided). Pre-arrival directions and instructions were on-point and during our stay Summit personnel and maintenance services were readily available for questions and help.

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Everything looks new. The views are beautiful. There was plenty of space for our two families ranging in age from 3-53. We used the corn hole boards, hot tub, the theater, both decks, and the pool table. Kitchen is stocked fairly well but needs oven mitts. You have to tell them if you want the trash picked up, just FYI. We did not see any bears but met a raccoon. Recommend crime museum and wonder-works for kids and curious adults. Highly recommend a day of wine or moonshine tasting in Gatlinburg! We also loved the white water rafting. It’s about an hour away. We went to Dollywood at 4 on a hot day and there were basically NO lines. We road almost everything and could have done more if we wanted. The drive through the Great Smoky National park was so nice too. We did the shorter drive. Dolly’s Stampede was fun, but I would consider it a 1 time thing. The kids loved it. The food was great! Love Tennessee! We had a great week. Went by way too fast.

Terrific location with easy access to the area attractions and restaurants. The property was a perfect fit for our family configuration of 10. The kitchen has plenty of room for people to move around without bumping into each other with every turn. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The cabin had everything we needed amenity-wise. It was clean and well kept, and was a great place for our extended family group to meet up at the end of the night. The only things that weren’t perfect were small- not enough forks or hand towels, the freezer door handle was broken. The road up to the cabin was not as big as the listing lead me to believe. It’s still definitely a narrow mountain road that can be difficult to drive for certain drivers. It also would have been nice to get the front door code a little earlier on check in day. I would definitely stay again though!

Excellent Vacation Home

My wife and I took our 18 year old son and 3 of his friends on this trip. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and the media room gave them a private place to hang out, leaving the upstairs common room for us.The area is quiet and scenic. The house was very clean, roomy, and super comfortable. Nice TVs throughout.The kitchen has all the basics, but if you plan to really cook, you might want to bring your own kitchen gear. I'm sure that we'll stay here again.

House was great except AC in upstairs never worked. After 4 phone calls we finally were given portable AC units in the 2 bedrooms. Other than that it was fantastic. Would recommend it to others. Beautiful views and easy to get into town
