This property is in the most sought after areas in the Smokey's. Best of Both Worlds is located right off of the spur which is the road that connects Pigeon Forge into Gatlinburg. You are no more then 5 miles from the world Famous Islands in Pigeon Forge and not even 1.3 miles from the Smokey Mountain Welcome Center and less then 5 miles from the absolute heart of Gatlinburg. This cabin is going to keep you smiling from the moment you turn into our wrap around driveway until you are soaking on the back patio in your private hot tub with just a view of nature and NOTHING ELSE! Situated on 2 acres you will not have to stare at your neighbors or fight for a place to park. If a true retreat is what you are looking for, this is it.

As the reviews show, my cabin is private and full of appointments. We designed our cabin with families in mind. While every bedroom and play area boasts HD Television, we reserved the living room for family time. Sit by the gas fireplace during the colder months and just enjoy your family. Don't worry, downstairs is a full playroom full of all kinds of goodies like HUGE 4k SMART TV and DVD player, pool table, board games, and so much more to keep you entertained while your here.

Check out our new HUGE 12 foot long dinning table with seating easily for everyone in your party. No more not being able to spend time together. The entire group can now enjoy time together at this amazing addition!

The outside front features rocking chairs and plenty of sitting areas on a wraparound porch so you can enjoy a BEAUTIFUL Smoky Mountains relaxing day/evening. Love outdoor cooking? I have both gas and charcoal grill options available.

This home has been completely remodeled and features new appliances, wood floors, hot tub, premium cable TV, GOOD wifi, and much more.

WiFi is important to many. My wife makes her living on the internet so a cabin with great signal is important. Many cabins in the Smokies have to use satellite wifi. Ours is true high speed cable internet.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, with all stays of 4 days or longer I also include, FOR FREE, access (for up to 6 people) to the Pigeon Forge Recreation Center which is just 5 miles away and features an indoor and outdoor pool along with a gym and a library. Additional people are just $3.00 a day for access to the facilities.

DETAILS MATTER! With so many 5 star reviews the theme is the same - Quality of the cabin and ability to reach the owner! My wife and I are always looking for new ways to make this cabin amazing. We decorate for all of the holidays. The other thing so important is I try and stay 100% available. I answer almost every inquiry not only within the hour but within minutes. My phone is direct linked to my profile. Even when out of the country I make sure I pay to stay connected. Do not get stuck with an out of touch owner. Things happen. They have happened with this cabin. The difference is, those people still left 5 star reviews because I was right there working with them to solve the problem the best we could.

This property enjoys being on a very quiet road giving you the peace your looking for. This is not in a busy cabin area full of packed on top of each other rentals where you cannot even find a place to park your vehicle besides on the road. Those places are horrible! My cabin is on almost 2 acres. Even though its not a usable 2 acres it provides the PERFECT buffer! You will have all the privacy you are looking for. Even in the winter.

One of the things I never liked about going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is how long it takes to get anywhere! At Best of Both Worlds it is less than a 5 minute drive to Food City and many restaurants including the local favorite steak house! You can be to downtown Gatlinburg in under 10 minutes and you are less than 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge including amazing locations like the Islands!

OK, Chalet is a stretch but lets face it.....we really treat our pets better then we treat ourselves right! Well, we are one of the few cabins that accept pets (on a per case basis) but we have found that our doggie guests have been some of the most wonderful guests we have had.

As the owner of a Bull Mastiff my wife and I find it nearly impossible to find a place to board him for under $50.00 a day and then we have to pay extra to have him walked, tucked in, read a story, get a bath and all the other things they get us for! Usually it costs more to board our pets then it does to stay!

We only have a couple of rules about pets - We require guests bringing pets to kennel their pet while out of the home for the safety of the pet and the home and instead of just putting them in the laundry room we have done what I think may be one of the only ones in our area...ESPECIALLY at our price range....we have dedicated a full room (about 6x7 room) as a private comfortable space for your pet while you’re out enjoying the town.

You are welcome to keep your puppy in another area but must use your own crate and must be crated while not in the home.

Now you can go out and enjoy your day and not worry about what you’re coming back to. Please note you must indicate pets on checkout. Charge is $95 per pet up to a maximum of 3 dogs. If you have more than that please reach out to me so we can chat.

FOR OUR NON PET OWNERS:

We take extra measures in making sure that all pets that come to our property are up to date in their shots and have had all their flee/tick treatments. We take extra care in cleaning the property to remove any pet odors or dander. Our cleaning crew goes the extra mile. And more importantly...we ONLY allow responsible pet owners and have been extremely happy with their level of care and respect for our property.

If you do have an extreme allergy to pets we may not be the best cabin for you. But I can tell you, my sister has pet allergies and does not have trouble at this home.


*******FREE ARIAL TRAMWAY TICKETS FOR ENTIRE WINTER SEASON**********

For all stays over 4 days we provide up to 6 free tram tickets during January 1st-February 28th.

As a long time visiter to Ober Gatlinburg to snowboard I believe the easiest (not quickest) way to get there is the tramway. This makes it so you can park right in the middle of town and take the 3 mile tram right to the welcome center of Ober. The tram drops you right off inside the building. Why take the chances on those steep switchback roads? Especially if its snowing!

Children: We purchased this cabin because of our 2.5 year old! He loves it!

There are stairs in this property. The stairs lead both upstairs and downstairs. This property features a bedroom on the main level so if you are traveling with guests that cannot use stairs, this is perfect for them. Only stairs would be the couple walking up to main entrance.
