Enjoy the stunning mountain views above, and Little Pigeon River below. Take a dip in the pool, or soak in the adjoining hot tub in the summer, and cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the fall and winter. Take in a game of pool in the gameroom, or work off those pancakes in the workout room. River Place offers a nearby elevator, so you don’t have to lug all of those suitcases and groceries up and down stairs!
River Place is a short walk to the Iron Forge Brewery. Less than one mile from the Parkway, River Place guests will enjoy tranquility and quiet, while being very close to attractions. The Apple Barn is but a short distance way, where guests can catch the trolley to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions, and even Gatlinburg. No fighting traffic and paying for parking!
River Place comfortably sleeps six (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa). The master bath has a jacuzzi tub. New smart TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo.
