This three-story home has three gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus luxury beddings for long nights of blissful sleep. The main level has a King bedroom, the second level one Queen ensuite bedroom along with a bunk bed in the loft area, and, on the bottom floor, a Trundle (sleeps 2) ensuite bedroom. No matter when you come to Tennessee, you can spend hours swimming. It’s only 3 feet deep so no diving, but feel free to splash, swim, and play in this one-of-a-kind family pool!

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.

Parking is available in front of the house with up to 5 cars.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

MAXIMUM of 8 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

We have a private indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a cool temperature and is not adjustable. To access the pool room, a code is required for safety reasons. The code will be provided to you prior to your stay.

The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
