Relax on the swing or a rocking chair enjoying a great book or each other's company under the beautiful patio lights! Decors and amenities may change from time to time from the photos.

We have a professional pest control service regularly. Our cabin is surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug/insects, spider, wild animals, bear or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. Please keep doors close at all the time and do not leave food (even wrapping/trash) in the car or on the porch/deck. Please do not feed any animals/critter/creatures.

No party, no excessive noises, no smoking inside of home or premises, no illicit drugs, Pets considered.

***Pets policy***
* Up to 3 dogs, additional fee for 2nd or 3rd dog required as it is not in the initial total (must be minimal-shedding, non-aggressive breed, under 50 lbs, at least 1 year old, house trained, vaccinated for rabies and all other vaccines, treated for heart-worm prevention) are allowed, no cats or any other animals. Guest must agree to pet policy below and sign the rental agreement.

* Nonrefundable pet fee is required. Additional fee if not already appropriately added to the reservation, depends on stay and number of pets; dog breed and photo of dog required. Undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fee per the rental agreement terms.

*Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dog supervised, under leashed in outdoor and under control at all times.

*Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home.

*Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.

*If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests

*Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.

*Guests agree to keep dogs on main floor or downstairs but not allow dogs to the top floor master suite floor.
*By Booking, you have acknowledged, read and agreed to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. Full payment, photocopy of your ID for verification, Signed Rental Agreement are required to confirm your reservation and to activate your door access code. Security Deposit $700 will be held (not charged) a day before checking in and will be released a few days after checking out if no damage or violation of house rules.

The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of guests visiting during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.

You must meet minimum age requirement of 18 and you must be one of the occupants for the entire length of the reservation. All guests must be listed on the reservation and only those guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property. All guests must follow house rules This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property, no parties are allowed. You will be required to provide a Valid US State issued Driver's License and sign a rental agreement to reserve this Property. Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund for unexpected issues and beyond cancellation policy.

COVID-19 Reservation Policies- We are open and welcoming guests! Our published reservation and cancellation policies are current and accurate. NOTE TO TRAVELERS; Our cancellation policy will not be altered in any way if you or anyone in your group contract or are impacted by Covid. The current state of the world and pandemic is serious, and we are not diminishing it by any means. For those choosing to travel at this time, you are doing so with the understanding that Covid may affect your group. Please choose to get travel insurance if you want to protect your need to cancel outside of our policies.

-Maximum 14 adults. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests.
-Rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID with 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated
-There is security deposit hold $700 (not charged) during your stay and will be fully released if no damage or violation of rental agreement.
-Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outage, things out of our control, unexpected events, any changes in your trip plans or choosing to leave early for any reason. We adhere to NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.
