Amazing staff and close to everything!

We got upgraded for free check in was easy and they were super sweet! Rooms were clean!!! And beds were so comfortable!! The pools were great we had a blast wish i would’ve used the mini golf there but didnt have time. I would 100% recommend it was so affordable and i am definitely coming back!!!

Overall it was okay. They put us in a handicap room and it was very out dated. The appliances can use some upgrades along with the breakfast table and chairs. Otherwise the stay for the price was good.

The resort had very nice amenties including pools, hot tubs, spray yard, mini golf. We didnt really get a chance to enjoy it all because we had a short stay. The rental was clean, spacious and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Overall the resort was nice My problem was there was youngins overtaking the pools Both sides of resort No time for just adults Hottub was full at resort across the street and we waited and waited the ppl never got out so we left Thin walls and fooora someone above us had little running back and forth all hours of the night We could hear ppl above us like they were sitting next to us But over all I relaxed and had a good time

Great Vacation Stay

We were there to enjoy a five day vacation. It was great Wyndham is close to Dollywood and close to all the other shows. The condo was nice and comfortable to come home to after spending the day at Dollywood.

Great Smokey Mountains Trip

We have stayed at The Wyndham Resort in Sevierville, TN about 4x and love it!! It's a great place to stay. We were upgraded at checking in. We had a icemaker in the freezer!! Hooray!! The suite was an upgrade and bigger. I had a actually walk in shower!! So far we haven't had any problems booking through VRBO.

Mountain Getaway

This one-bedroom suite was perfect! It is very quaint, clean, and cozy!! Nice location and all the amenities are great! Pools and hot tubs were great and the game room was alot of fun! Putt putt golf was relaxing as well! I recommend this Wyndham suite to anyone who's looking for a resort with great service and many amenities!!!!

Resort was nice.

Resort was nice. The room was from someone renting out their timeshare at the Wyndham of the smokies. When I checked in, the Resort was offering timeshare presentations for coupons and money. I Went for a 90 min presentation to get the free stuff and at 90 min when the show was supposed to be over I tried to leave, the timeshare representative got very aggressive and said we had to stay to get the money and coupons. I went to her manager to get what was promised and after another woman asking 5 more minutes if questions they finally they let us leave.
