Beautiful scenery. The cabin was nice but the dishwasher was broken and the dishwasher door was broken and the appliance was completely inoperable. The shower was too dark after closing the curtain. The frig water did not work at all. The ice maker was fine, but there was no filtered water. The cost per night was high because of the maintenance issues that were not addressed. Oh yes, I used your AI system to report the need to contact maintenance and it assured me it would, but either it did not or you need to look for a new maintenance crew!

Nice cabin. 1st rental I have made that the kitchen did not have any standard items, I.e. salt/pepper shakers, aluminum foil, etc. All my other rentals would have these items and you would replenish them as needed.

This is my third stay in a cabin, and I really like this one. The property is nice and clean. It is a one-bedroom cabin but it also has a bed on the loft. The outdoor pool is nice and was working when we arrived. I guess what can be improved is that if the owner can provide more specific information about what kitchen tools and devices they have, we will have a better experience cooking. But overall it's 9 out of 10.

Everything was good. Bed wasn’t right for us. Lack of tv viewing options. When you pay for a hotel you don’t get charged for cleaning fees or have to do half their work before you leave

Extremely pleasant surprise

You never can tell for sure what a property is going to be like from the pictures on the internet.This one is way better than we have experienced at other places. One piece of advice though for anyone booking this property. Arrive before dark on the first day of your stay. The roads are pretty narrow and winding and dark. But it wasn't anything that would keep us from staying here again.

Great place not far away from everything to do in Pigeon Forge. We were pleased with the cabin except for the bed in the bed room is worn out and is very uncomfortable in desperate need of being replaced and the gfci outlets both in the bedroom and on the balcony do not work otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay again or recommend.

The cabin provided exactly what we needed for a 4 person family. Our teenagers used the pull out sofas. We used the grill for dinner. The view from our deck was amazing! Only complaint is the hot tub water was cloudy and the loft pull out sofa was not comfortable.
