Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Seville. A complimentary bottle of champagne was left in our room to welcome us. The staff are friendly and helpful with our inquiries. Highly recommended. Will stay here again next time we are back.

Lovely Hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice welcome on arrival and offered colds water to drink straight away. Waitressing in both the bars very good , nothing was to much trouble. Reception staff very helpful when we arrived and went with us to help park the car in there own private car park. Would highly recommend this hotel great position for walking out to attractions, bars and restaurants .

We loved the location halfway between the cathedral square and the river. We walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and cafes around but it was still quiet at night. The staff were very patient and helpful too. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing and expensive. We just went around the corner to a restaurant for the rest of the stay. Having said that, the hotel was in the process of relocating breakfast/cafe area to the ground floor, so things might have improved. Also there was an inexpensive laundromat 2 minutes away where you can drop off your laundry.

Great place to stay! Central location, lots of good food and drinks within 30 meters! Wonderful design and upkeep of building and rooms. Great friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and nice decor. I would stay here again and highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was nicely decorated and in a great location. The rooms are well designed and ours faced into a courtyard which made it very quiet. The staff were very nice. The only advice I would give to guests is not to bother with the rooftop buffet breakfast. It was terrible and way overpriced. There are much better options around the hotel or in the hotel cafe on the ground floor

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP !!! Falsely advertised as “soundproofed rooms” NOT true !!! Walls are made of paper. It’s advertised as “soundproofed” rooms - well they are NOT !! The noise from the reception with people coming and going is unbearable. 3.30 this morning (20th) april) i had to go to the reception and complain as I could not go to sleep with all the noise. Totally exhausted after a day of travelling I was looking forward to a good nights sleep. We stayed in room 112 the neighbouring room was extremely loud. It sounded like they were in our bathroom “talking” very loudly. I could hear the FULL conservation from 12.30 to 3.30 am. After having complained twice to the reception there was no action taken. In the morning we spoke to Patricia the receptionist on duty who had been briefed by the night staff regarding the incident. She apologised and promised to speak to the manager. Trusting she would help I paid a further €21 for the parking. We set off to watch the parade and got back to the hotel 2 pm to see what the outcome was after speaking to the manager. He was on holiday so there was nothing she could do and offered a free cup of coffee in the reception cafe. What an insult!! We had already paid for breakfast in there already. I demanded she call him again. Miraculously he answered despite being unobtainable on holiday..Hmmm There was nothing he could do and that’s that Stay anywhere else but in this hotel !!!!

We arrived at the end of a renovation and had frustrations with the elevator that was unreliable. The room design was well thought out. Our experience with the the staff was very much mixed and not soley the result of language barrier, Elisa provided excellent advice and was extremely helpful. That was in contrast to the other people on the desk.

Great but A/C noise an issue

The location was perfect, easy walks to all the important things. The only thing that was an issue was the very noisy air-conditioning. The room never really got cool (they have everything set to 25, with no controls in the rooms) but the noise was always there. This made it difficult to sleep without earplugs.
