The Cabildo IV apartment offers more than 180 m² of well-distributed space across four large bedrooms. Two of them feature twin beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), while the other two include double beds, one measuring 1.50 x 2.00 m and the other a king-size bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. There are three full bathrooms in total, two of which are en suite, and one independent.

At the heart of the apartment is a spacious living room divided into a dining area and a comfortable lounge with sofas and a TV. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the furnishings are of high quality to ensure a relaxed and pleasant stay. The kitchen is separate, generously sized, and fully equipped with everything you might need.

The apartment is located directly on the Plaza del Cabildo, one of Seville’s most beautiful and iconic squares, right across from the Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias, and the Royal Alcázar. A truly unbeatable setting for exploring the city.

In the surrounding area, you’ll find some of Seville’s best restaurants, along with a variety of tapas bars and traditional taverns offering authentic Andalusian cuisine. There are also grocery stores, supermarkets, and local shops nearby for your convenience.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
