Not fun not to have hot water for a shower at night

We regret the comment about hot water, I should have indicated in reception the incidence with water or by phone which is operational from 08:00 p.m. to 09:00 a.m. In any case, we apologize for this incident and we hope that in any case you enjoyed your stay in our apartments and in Seville. regards
