Large living room with open plan kitchen in a total space of 100m2 with huge windows overlooking the Recinto Ferial de Sevilla (a spectacle during the fair week. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The sofa area is also designed for 6 people with a big screen TV (smart TV).
It has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm bed, bathtub incorporated in the room and bathroom with shower en suite. The second bedroom is a large space dedicated to the family. It has 2 beds of 105cm x 200cm and two bathrooms: 1 with shower and the other with bathtub. The third bedroom is smaller and has a bed of 135cm x 200cm.
