There is no front desk service after 3pm, which is not made clear in the hotel listing and at the time of booking. Hence you need to fill in an online reservation form. Also the signage for it is not clear, so took a long time to find at night.

I highly recommend this place to everyone going to Seville. The property is beautiful and room was spacious. What made me really happy was the friendly and helpful staff, every questions and requests I had were perfectly answered and satisfied. Very pleasant stay.

We've stayed in this building before (hence the return visit) but this time could only get a duplex apartment. The accommodation was not quite as good, but breakfasts were as good as ever, and the staff / reception as helpful as usual. Again, great central location, neat to city centre, a metro station and a Mercadona.

We loved the boutique style of the hotel. Everything from the staff, decor, food, toiletries, and comfort were a level of luxury. Definitely would recommend to others and would love to return for another stay.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this hotel. Units were clean, modern and quiet. Washer dryer available at the top floor was a huge help. Beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was top notch. Bath rooms were adequately equipped and amenities were of high quality. They deliver breakfast to the units which we loved. Fresh orange juice was a huge hit with us in breakfast and they were able to customize the breakfast a bit due to dietary restrictions. Staff is super nice and the location is excellent. Check-in and out was super smooth. If we are ever in Seville again, we’ll definitely be returning.

Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, it waa very filling. A lot of dining options around the area. Jose Luis tapas around the corner waa good and median in price. The tapas bar right downstairs close to the coffee shop was very good, affordable but can be crowded on weekend nights.

The property was beautifully presented and clean. It was the oerfect location for us just needed to cross the bridge to get to all the hot spots and to see all the landmaeks and the Alcazer and Cathedral etc. We went witb a 12month old and the space was amazing for him to play and run around in. Also breakfast was simple, but fresh bakery items everyday and freah orange juice was amazing. We lookes forward to this evey morning.

Wow wow wow. Amazing property. Great location. You can walk to all the known sites from there. Ana was great. Since these are apartment type hotels make sure you pre-check online and Ana at front desk is only there till 3pm. However she is amazing to help you with everything you need.
