Good place to stay. Everything clean. Great smell all over the lobby and stairs. Lots of place to eat nearby. Very comfortable. Felt like at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights over NYE while we were in Sevilla. The location of the property was fantastic, with a 10 min walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral and any shopping. We liked exploring the neighborhood and streets and wandering around. The property itself was well-maintained and clean - the only complaint we have is that the first unit we were in on the bottom floor had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom (when the shower was used). But once we moved to a different floor, we did not have this. I'd say communication with the staff was excellent - very responsive throughout. overall, we had a great experience and liked staying at this place for our Sevilla portion of our trip.
