Fantastic location—only a 10–15 minute walk to the old city, with easy access to the metro and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Private parking with direct elevator access to the hotel was a huge convenience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was awesome, located away from the city center, so it was quieter and less crowded. The overall condition of the property was superb except for one major issue: the front desk never answered the phone. During check-out, I even saw a staff member mute the incoming calls and ignore them. I had no idea about the parking situation before arriving and tried several times to confirm my reservation in advance, but, as I mentioned, no one ever picked up the phone. It was quite frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor to Seville, Spain. A 4–5 star hotel like this should always have someone available to assist newcomers and guests.

Big very modern room. Huge bed. Excellent air conditioning. A big choice at breakfast. Room was well maintained. Very clean. One large bottle of filtered water in room when I arrived. But this was not replaced. It is on bottle per reservation. As I was there for 6 nights that was poor service. Hotel in a nice quite residential area.

Smart hotel

Very well appointed hotel within easy reach of the historic centre of Seville and the Triana district. Parking was easy, although a bit pricey. A comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great Hotel to stay on a short trip to Seville , it was perfect for what we needed . Spacious , amazing bathroom and Air conditioning after long day out in the hot city . So many things close by to grab food , supermarkets short walk and to get to the heart of seville is short walk .

Very comfortable and fabulous breakfast. Rafael in reception area was brilliant. He was so lovely and helped us to plan some of our little adventures , and very good food/eating recommendations .Breakfast staff very good and friendly.
