Another 2 spacious rooms with 2 single beds. It has private parking in the covered building included in the price. It has 3 private patios with terrace furniture and a relaxation area. It has a spacious living room of more than 20 meters with all its high quality furniture. Ideal apartment for up to 7 people but also very comfortable for 3 people with total independence. Very bright, spacious and quiet. Elegantly decorated. Kitchen fully equiped. Great place

Placed in Nervion, righ beside Nervion Plaza, the place is great, and the apartment itselft is great. The apartement was not clean, though.

Séjour à Séville

Très agréablement surpris par le logement. Vaste appartement facilement logeable pour 3 couples. Une superbe suite et deux autres chambres plus petites mais suffisantes. Il faut bien s'entendre, car la différence de prestation entre ces deux chambres et la suite est importante!!! Par contre un WC séparé aurait été préférable. Un petit mot au sujet des verres à vin en nombre insuffisant. Enfin un dernier mot sur l'emplacement du logement : proximité du centre historique, facilité d'accès aux transports en commun (pas besoin de louer une voiture), proche de grandes surfaces et commerces en tous genres. Le logement est au rez de chaussée d'un petit immeuble situé dans une petite rue un peu étroite. Pour terminer, je recommande ce logement qui est très agréable, vaste, bien équipé et très bon standing.
