Staff were exceptional, being very helpful and friendly. Great central location with all city activities within walking distance with excellent tapas bars nearby. Room great size with much needed air conditioning. Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold options. Pool great for cooling off on hot days however only 3 sun beds provided however plenty shaded seating provided. Nice touch was coffee/tea and small cake provided late afternoon. Also appreciated late checkout with luggage storage provided as had late flight. Showers available with towels after checkout. Overall lovely hotel with wonderful staff.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, very close to dining options and areas of interests. The communication with the front desk is really nice too, they check in on us every now and then and made sure we are comfortable. Everyone is really nice! The check in/out process was really smooth. The breakfast option is good as well!

Excellent boutique hotel! This hotel was absolutely lovely and in the heart of Seville. We upgraded our room which was huge and had a rooftop terrace (see pics). Lots of beautiful winding streets with restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable room. Very walkable to points of interest, food. Secure luggage storage. Roof top pool and terrace are wonderful. It’s a small pool but was not crowded and I doubt it gets so. There’s plenty of room for sunbathing and there is a huge terrace and restaurant space. Although the restaurant was not open while we were there, there is a bar that opened in the morning serving all drinks and a lovely free cup of fresh fruit to everyone.

Lovely boutique hotel

Such a lovely little hotel, right in the heart of the old town. All the staff were super helpful and kind, the room was lovely and the roof terrace pool was a great place to relax.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super kind, and the place was beautiful/clean. We unfortunately had a hard time with the Wifi but one of the employees did his best to help. We had to walk about 5 minutes to get to a road, so we could catch transportation. No big deal for us, but may be a struggle if you have lots of luggage.

The location is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. I would like to suggest that bed linens be updated. Our sheet was skimpy and the blanket was very scratchy. The bathroom while clean had some mold in the shower. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and caulking done.

Good hotel, great location

Great location, right in the historic centre of Seville. Friendly staff who always greet you. Room was good, clean and well equipped. It felt on the small side even though we opted for a larger room, but this is a historic building so it's as much to do with old-fashioned layouts as much as anything else. The breakfast was adequate but no more - an area for improvement.

Nice try, but needs to make a better effort.

This was a disappointment. Very expensive, no roof top bar as advertised, no swim up bar as advertised. Very poor communication, especially for a hotel that is so difficult to find. Also required full payment in advance outside the Hotels.com website.

Nice hotel but lacking attention to details

Halo Boutique Hotel is in a great location - the beautiful neighborhood of Santa Cruz and walking distance to all of the historic center attractions. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also big and clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few little niggles that they should have worked out so that we didn't have to bother the lovely staff on duty. For example, we had a room with an enormous super king sized bed but with only two small/flat pillows. We had to go down at night to ask the front desk to get a couple of pillows. Breakfast was also mediocre. It was acknowledged in the reservation and again at check in that a gluten free breakfast was needed and when I arrived to breakfast, they still had no understanding of what this was and no gluten free products were available. I was still able to find other items and staff was helpful after the fact. Just a little thing that could have been avoided. It's a nice little hotel with lovely staff but the stay could have been better with just a bit more attention to detail.
