Everything was incredible, modern and new hotel, walkable to the downtown main sites. Bus station is about 3 minutes walking. I will return to Seville and I will stay in this hotel again. Front desk always helping with everything you need.

The hotel had a bad odor and the air condition did not work properly. Miguel at the front desk was rude and not helpful or hospitable. This was overall a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel. The maintenance worker tried to tell me I did not set the AC settings properly.
