Staff was very helpful and friendly. Some photos indicated a pool- but there isnt one. It's a great location and we enjoyed being able to walk to local sites.

Excellent location walking to all the interesting and beautiful places from hotel , but the guy at reception desk when I arrived wouldn’t stand up and help me with luggage I’m 66 yrs old and there is no ramp to bring suitcase up…. Bad bad attitude

Very pleasant front staff. Can hear doors slamming, so a bit noisy. A/C shut off for winter, but you can open the window. Great location.

Great hotel in central Seville. Only thing was they advertised parking....which was in a garge 2 blocks away. I had to roll my luggage thru an underground garage, up two levels, thru a shopping mall, and across the street to get to the hotel. And parking was 20 Euro a day. Thru the rain. I specifically looked for hotels with parking options, but didn't expect this. Otherwise, nice clean hotel with helpful staff and great location.
