Outstanding service. Great location

All of the staff at this lovely hotel were friendly and welcoming. Valet parking was really good and driving through the narrow streets of Seville to get there is an adventure in itself. Our room spread over three levels so we had loads of space. The bathroom (with an actual bath!) with luxurious toiletries was particularly noteworthy. There was only one small window and not much of a view so the bedroom felt a little claustrophobic but the bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Staff in the dining room were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really good.

Perfect location; lovely modern hotel amenities and a very comfy bed. One of the best sleeps of our trip. Loved the rooftop patio as well. The staff was exceptionally professional! Would highly recommend. Take in the Flamenco show a few steps and away and make sure to visit the Orange Shop!

The staff and servi e was outstanding. The hotel's location is in an older part of Seville which is great for walking about with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. But being in the "casco antiguo", the roads to get to the hotel by car are very narrow and difficult to navigate even with a european vehicle that tend to be more compact.

The rooms were kept spotlessly clean: Rous and her team were true professionals. I also loved the location of the hotel: Not far from the tren station and within a 4 mile walking distance from everything I wanted to see in Sevilla. The rooftop pool was a great place to beat the 100 F heat and enjoy a cold beverage. The front desk personnel were always friendly and welcoming! Thank you!!! I will always choose to stay here when I visit Sevilla!
