This is not your average hotel. From the neighbourhood to the lobby to the labyrinthian indoor/outdoor corridors and courtyards to the piano bar etc it was a unique stay. The old Sevillian grand houses have been stitched into the shape of their own little cobblestone world.

The hotel is full of characters and traditional chalm. We visited in winter so pool not open however we did visit the spar that was lovely but you have pay full price with only 10% discount for hotel guests. The piano bar was lovely full of old worldly chalm. We stayed in the Annexe area, so a bit of a walk, down passages stairs, coutyards and walk ways. It was a real adventure and added to the hotels history and character. The room was nice, but again old worldly, with period furniture and windows. The bathroom was adequate, but in need of some renovation. I would recommend this hotel to stay in Seville. Charming and full of character.

Reception Staff, Bellman (Pedro) & Ladies managing Breakfast were ALL VERY NICE, Helpful, Friendly & Welcoming. Love the hotel’s history & character (it’s a maze & fun, with so many houses put together you indeed feel like you’re in a small town of your own). Rooms are very outdated but that comes with the heritage of the hotel (although my bathroom smelled a lot of drain, not sure from where). Spa staff especially the guy at reception was the worst customer service interaction that I’ve ever received in my life. He already had an attitude as soon as we stepped into the reception not sure what it was we did. We didn’t have reservation & all we asked was if there was availability for us for today to use the spa facilities. He basically threw the spa menu at us saying - see there! Not welcoming, friendly or helpful at all and did not offer us any alternative solutions

staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10
