At the end of the hallway, a charming interior patio with a fountain opens into an impressive open-plan living room, filled with natural light and offering privileged views of the Royal Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, and the Cathedral. This spacious area includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a dining table for six, and a cozy reading and lounge zone with a chaise longue sofa, futon, and a convenient fold-out double bed for extra sleeping space.

The location is exceptional, right next to Seville’s most iconic landmarks and surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants, and shops, allowing you to fully experience the city’s vibrant lifestyle.
