Disappointing

Roof terrace - nothing like photos. Dirty chairs, broken glass and weeds. Chairs also kept being taken because the roof was one space accessible to all apartments in the block.No tea towels in kitchen and only one bedroom had a mirror - 2 had none - how are you supposed to put makeup on or do your hair without a mirror??

Modern stylings in an old neighborhood; Loft style open bedroom

An ok stay, but the description should explain that the rooms are mostly open in a loft-style of stacked levels. In addition, the top floor room was via a tight spiral staircase, almost a ladder—my 80-year-old mom couldn’t make it—and the only route to the rooftop deck. The deck, unfortunately, was littered with cigarette butts. No flowers, chairs or sitting places as in other Spain VRBO, spaces. Renting a spot with an inviting outdoor terrace was a critical filter in our search, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t great or an option for my mom. Finally, a clear and detailed manual for the property, with guidance on the perplexing modern appliances, would have been helpful!

The heart of Seville

Accommodation and location are superb . Plenty of space for family of 6. Only minor privacy issue was lack of doors on upper bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped and air conditioning throughout was greatly appreciated. Letting team were speedy and superb answering all our queries. Location has loads of restaurants, cafes and vintage shops. 20min walk to the Cathedral and attractions. I could easily live there.
