It was cheap
The apartment needs work. Second bathroom toilet had a broken toilet seat. In fact, it was found in the laundry room. Multiple broken drawers and cabinet doors in the kitchen. Made it hard to access silverware and utensils. Furniture in the living room was not in the best of condition. It seemed as if the apartment was recently purchased and improvements had not yet been made. If fixed up it would be nice. a block and a half from a major thourorfare.

Baños terribles
Ni los lavabos ni la ducha tragaban el agua bien. De hecho, subió la vecina de abajo con quejas por fuga de agua procedente del baño en el que está la única ducha de la casa.
La ubicación es muy buena respecto a la estación de tren y todo lo demás bien.

Ubicación buena el apartamento deja mucho que desear, las puertas de los armarios de la cocina fatal la puerta del fregadero se cae , los cajones difícil acceso el microondas no da vueltas entre otras cosas. Los baños con baldosas caídas el bidé se mueve estanterías rotas la tabla de planchar muy sucia el edredón de la cama de matrimonio con una mancha en medio ....etc.etc para resumir yo no volvería.
