Checking in was very efficient and easy. Apartment was comfortable, but some amenities could be better thought through. For example, there was a washer, but no drying racks. Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.

Lovely apartment and everything you need. The AC is heaven sent. Really easy access to the building and flat - no need to remember a key. They have a great app and WhatsApp chat for your needs. Essentials cupboard you can top up any amenities. Luggage storage lockers if needed. Really good location - walkable to everything and close to all the shops and resautrants. 100% recommend!

Wowww where do I begin. May 27th 2025. We started out trip at the property in Seville. when you enter it looks soo cute like the picture on Expedia. However, As we enter the room, it smells like an animal has died and no attempt was made to clean it. So bad that we have to keep a scarf (hankercheif) with us with perfume on it at all times, to not die of this awful smell. The room is dirty, you can’t open the windows because the smell is war stronger on the veranda. They offer us a room change. It’s a much smaller room. We say it’s okay just send someone to clean it. They say ‘sure right away’ . No one comes we call again, after 5 calls they say we can do it today. We go outside and get air fresheners for the room and spray it every hour. Awful smell, continues. Next day they are supposed to clean it. We go for a road trip, come back our friend visits us for some time. She also notices the smell. The room has not been cleaned. Ants appear magically dead. Around the room.
