The staff was great! The location was ideal for getting everywhere. Walked to wherever we want to go. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Nice little bar and rooftop patio. There was no facial tissue, There were no shower caps. I found this lacking for a four star hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and it was noisy early morning and late at night. I would still stay here again on a higher floor.

Great location. Easy access on foot to everywhere. Towels and glasses in room were not changed regularly enough but location was more important. Staff were very helpful and friendly and provided ice buckets, fresh milk etc.

Beautiful property, it was a very popular location, right infront of the Setas de Sevilla so at night it could be a little noisy (not a quiet neighborhood) but I enjoyed it, the views were amazing, hotel service was amazing, really nice amenities, I would 10/10 come back again, and recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is a gem at a great location. The staff is very friendly the place is very clean. We stayed 7 nights and had one of the 2 units on the 4th floor. Super relaxing time, with plenty of food options.

Prime Location! The staff was amazing, Carlos was very helpful with plans on where to go. Lots of amazing food, La Mala and Il Ristorantino - both steps from the hotel. Seville is wonderful
